After you have selected an ensemble option, please fill out this form then click “Send.” Once the information is received, we will send you a quote via email. When terms of the contract are agreed upon, we will send an electronic copy of the contract via email. While electronic transmission via the internet is the greatly preferred method of sending/receiving documents and deposits, we can also send hard copies of the contract via USPS upon request. Please read the document carefully, sign electronically, and return via email with a deposit. The process for remitting the deposit is outlined in the contract. Please note that dates are reserved on a first-come first-serve basis. Once you inquire about a particular date(s), you will be given first right of refusal in the event we hear from other parties interested in booking the band for the same date(s).
